In he heart of the Kalahari and the peaceful town of Upington,
(just 200 meters from the Kalahari Mall) you will find Aardwolf Backpackers Hostel.
Our establishment is built on the principle of providing affordable, clean and safe accommodation for the weary traveler.
We currently offer a family/double room and 2 dormitory room options for the true backpacker. Come and kick off your travelling shoes and relax in our lounge with satellite tv or enjoy a peaceful evening in the barbecue area.
Social and fun
Our communal kitchen offers all the necessary appliances for cooking your
favorite meals and it is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
As everyone wants or needs to communicate with someone back home, or make those last minute travelling arrangements, we offer a wireless internet connection.
A coffee machine is in the room. A TV is offered.

Great location, close to central and shopping district. The owners were very kind, treated us like family. The rooms are adequate, and very clean. Beds were a little short, but husband is quite tall at 6'5. lol, Overall,its a good hostel. Loved the generous breakfast too!
Very friendly and accommodating hosts. The price is cheap. Very cozy and warm (like home). Rooms are alright, but clean.
