Hostel
Garden Lane Backpackers it’s a home away from home to international tourists as well as incoming Erasmus students, workers and commuters from all over Ireland.
Is a superior stylish hostel located in the vibrant district of The Liberties, a premium location t only a stone’s throw from the city centre and Temple Bar.
Our mission is to provide superior hospitality at affordable prices: a well-balanced mix of great fun at the front desk supported by a seriously outstanding cleanliness!
Social and fun
The kitchen has an outside terrace with a great surrounding view of Dublin and the hills around it. Opposite the kitchen is the living room where you are always welcome to hang out and watch a movie, have a drink, stare at your smartphone or play a game with our staff members and guests.
Each bed also comes with its own power socket, and an under-bed locker to secure your luggage.
We have two PC’s here that are free to use. A hairdryer or iron + board are available for free.

We're tucked away in a side street just off of Francis Street. It’s a great location for visiting the Guinness Storehouse, Jameson Distillery, Christchurch Cathedral, Saint Patrick Cathedral, Dublin Castle and the Brazen Head - Ireland's oldest pub! And we're only a ten-minute walk from popular hot spots like Grafton Street, Temple Bar, Camden area and Trinity College. There are many restaurants, shops, bars, pubs and supermarkets just around the corner.

Our international staff is very knowledgeable about things to do and see in- and outside of Dublin, and we are always happy to offer you (practical) advice or to draw on our own experiences. As we are affiliated with several tour companies, we can offer you some great free or budget options to explore the city and the rest of Ireland.

People under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry. Management has the right to refuse admission
A VALID Passport (Non-EU citizens) or driving licence (EU citizens) is required to check-in for all guests. The name of the credit card MUST match the name of the guest. If this is NOT the case, all bookings will be cancelled.
Reception opens till 22.00 you MUST email us before you arrive to arrange a late check-in, if arriving after these hours otherwise you cannot stay.
Min age is 18 yrs old.
The maximum length of stay is 14 nights.

Spędziłem tylko jedną noc ale było relaksująco a wszyscy ludzie w hostelu bardzo uprzejmi, czyści i pełni szacunku
Pokoje są bardzo czyste z bardzo dobrą pościelą, ale nasz pokój został umieszczony między dwiema łazienkami i nad bramą parkingową, więc bardzo głośno.
BARDZO DOBRY DOM. BARDZO DOBRZE ZLOKALIZOWANY. CZYSTY. MIEJSCE PRZYJAZNE UŁATWIAJĄCE WYMIANĘ MIĘDZY MIESZKAŃCAMI
Struktura jest bardzo dogodna w centrum, otoczenie jest czyste, a personel jest bardzo pomocny i przyjazny. Polecam wszystkim pobyt w tym obiekcie. W hostelu panuje miła atmosfera, łatwo jest zaprzyjaźnić się z innymi dziećmi w hostelu i zauważyłem duży szacunek dla wspólnych przestrzeni. Jedyna mała wada: pewnej nocy chłopiec grał i śpiewał głośno przy schodach do godziny 13.00, uniemożliwiając mi spanie.
Powitanie było więcej niż przyjazne i gościnne. W hostelu jest winda, pomieszczenia ogólnodostępne są zawsze bardzo dobrze utrzymane, a salon bardzo wygodny. Okolica jest bardzo cicha i choć na uboczu, blisko bijącego serca Dublina.
