Apple Hostels of Philadelphia is the place to be if you want to hang out, meet new people and get some awesome freebies!
Thursday nights kick off with free drinks, followed by a pub crawl around some of Philadelphia's coolest nightspots.
We also serve free beer four nights of the week!
We've got a pool table for showing off your best moves with a cue, and a piano for those who love a good bit of music.
If that's a bit retro for you, there's also an Xbox One that's free to use.
Social and fun
We have an abundance of common areas that make it perfect to interact with other guests or to sit quietly at your laptop for work or study.
We have a different event every evening designed to help our guests socialize with one another.
Our most popular activities include our $2 ghost tours followed by free beer, our free wine and cheese soirees, and our free pub crawls.

We're located on a very quiet street in Old City, surrounded by many great restaurants, bars, and historical monuments.
We're just 50 feet from Independence National Historic Park and just 2 blocks from Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell.
The Pennsylvania Convention Center is a 15-minute walk from us.
Philadelphia International Airport is 12 km away.

Some guests have mistakenly thought that we're some corporate-run hostel. We're actually a mom-and-pop business. Apple Hostels is owned by a Canadian and German husband and wife team. We purchased an old tiny hostel in Philadelphia in 2008 and turned it into one of America's highest-rated hostels right from the start. In 2017 we expanded to add more common areas (new kitchen and lounge) along with smaller dorm rooms and really nice private rooms. We're really proud of what we've accomplished!

In times of uncertainty and your peace of mind, we recommend you select a flexible rate with free cancellation. If your plans change, you can always cancel free of charge until the cancellation expires.
You must have a government ID showing that you live more than 40 miles from Philadelphia to stay with us.
This property will pre-authorize your credit card before arrival.
Be at least 12 yrs ( accompanied by an adult/guardian) to stay in a Dorm room.
The maximum length of stay is 14 nights.
Starting December 1st 2021, dorm beds are no longer subject to hotel tax, just sales tax. For private rooms, the hotel tax remains in place. So as of the 1st of December, private rooms will continue to be taxed at 15.5%, but dorm beds will only be taxed at 8%.
All guests 18 years and older checking into our hostel must present proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

Pokoje wieloosobowe są przestronne i ciche. Bardzo praktyczne ekspresy do kawy i automaty za 1 USD, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, darmowe piwo z dobrą atmosferą wieczorem. Jeden z najlepszych hosteli, w których byłem!
