ApartamentOur Apartment is located in Albufeira, within walking distance of the Old Town, Beach Peneco and Marina. It's part of an exclusive Encosta Da Orada complex. It is suitable for young couples and families. The Apartment is modern, designed in a minimalistic style to create relaxing atmosphere. The 65m² apartment is ideal for 4-5 people. The configuration of apartments is as follows: 1 bedroom with a full-size bed, a large living room with 2 sofa-beds, Smart TV LED-52'', bathroom with a hydromassage bath, fully equipped kitchen and panoramic terrace. The living room, bedroom and kitchen have access to the terrace with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, which is equipped with dining zone and 2 long chairs. It's equipped with 2 air conditions
Social and fun
Our apartments have high-speed WI-FI - up to 500 Mb, free.
Tea, coffee and kitchen spices are available for our guests to use in the apartment.
We provide each guest linen and a set of towels for using in the apartment, on the pool and on the beach.
We offer our guests tennis rackets and a set of tennis balls (also for free), which guests can use to play on the tennis court in the complex.
Guests of our apartment have access to both swimming pools for adults and kids. The sun loungers and the beach towels are also free of charge for our guests.
Tennis courts and 2 swimming pools are available only to residents and guests of the apartments.
Free parking on the territory of the complex are always available for guests.

Encosta Da Orada complex is situated in one of the most desired locations in Albufeira. Extraordinary ocean views, gardens and beautiful landscapes will be a highlight of your trip. Our apartment is a 10 m walk from a well-known beach Praia do Peneco, Old Town, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. There are plenty of other things to do for active tourists, such as: Kayak and SUP Caves Tours are about 4 km away; Pine Cliffs Golf Course and Dom Pedro Millennium Golf Course Vilamoura, considered as one of the finest golf clubs in Portugal; and kids' favourite Zoomarine, all three places are about 15-20 min away by car. For those who prefer yachting, sailing, boating and so on there are a lot of opportunities in the Marina area about 2 km away.

Faro Airport is situated in 40 km from our location, which shouldn't take more than 30 minutes by car, depending on the traffic.
The nearest bus stop is 400 m away.
The easiest way of getting around in Albufeira is either walking or renting a car.
If you want to rent a car, we can offer you our partners - car rent company and they can meet you at the Faro airport and provide you with the best auto.

If you need a transfer, you can write to us in advance, and our partners will give you the best price.
The driver will get you to the door of our apartment, where you will be meet by our manager.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., time for check-out is from 07:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., upon arrival you will be meet by manage.
Late check-in after 10:00 p.m. is for extra pay (20 eu).
Our apartment is suitable for 4 guests. But we can place 4+1 child (under 2). Fee for the 5th guest is 20 eu per day.
Cleaning and laundry services after check-out - 59 eu (does not depend on the number of guests and the rental period).
Deposit 200 eu, which is returned to the guest after a favorite.
