Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 40 for a studio, EUR 52 for a 1-bedroom apartment, EUR 78 for a 2-bedroom apartment or EUR 104 for a 3-bedroom apartment is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Cleaning products are provided. A security deposit of EUR 300 for a studio or EUR 500 for a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartment or EUR 800 for a 3-bedroom or 4-bedroom apartment is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is made by a pre-authorisation on your card. Cheques and cash are not accepted for the security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
