Please note that a refundable security deposit of £200.00 is required prior to gaining access. The deposit will be kept 3 days before arrival as blocked funds that don't actually leave your account. The security deposit will be released 2 days after check-out if no damages have been reported or house rules have been broken. Depending on your card provider, it could take another 10-14 working days for the funds to be unblocked in your account once they’ve been released from our side.
