Reception opening hours:
Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00.
Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00.
If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.

For an extra fee, guests may request to reserve the exact location of their accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

A baby kit can be booked for the accommodation, including :
- 1 travel cot
- 1 baby chair (for children aged over 6 months)
- 1 changing mat
- 1 pushchair
Please note that the kit is suitable for children aged 0 to 2 years - 15 kg max. The mattress not included.

Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival, housekeeping mid-week, or cleaning kit. (The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation).

A bread & pastries delivery service is available at the residence.
Guests can order in the evening at reception to have fresh bread and pastries waiting when they wake up the next morning.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
