Malgré les nuits agréables, l'auberge est en très mauvaise état.. Coucher à minuit, debout à 7h pour éviter de rester plus longtemps dans cette auberge. Le petit déjeuner reste acceptable (jus de pomme frais, lait (''normal'' ou de soja), jus d'orange (il n'avait pas l'air d'être mis ai frigo..), 4 céréales et des tartines à toaster). Je me demande encore si l'une des personnes qui tenais l'accueil parlais bien anglais.. Certes nous ne sommes pas bilingue à 100% mais nous avons utilisé des mots simple, des phrases simple histoire de nous faire comprendre mais dès qu'on lui parlait en anglais (doucement et en articulant bien) on devait systématiquement répéter plusieurs fois, voir de mimer pour nous faire comprendre (ce qui n'est pas agréable quand nous souhaitons faire des efforts en anglais.. Nous avons vu deux autres personnes à l'accueil qui eux étaient très sympa, calme et poli. Toutefois, l'auberge est extrêmement bien placé pour aller facilement à pied voir Big Ben et les alentours. Les transports (bus et métro) sont également à 5 minutes.

The common area was nice! The coaches look infested with God knows what, but the tables and chairs are super nice!

good location and attractive price

The lobby area, we could choose a movie and just watch it on the coach when it started raining outside. There were also books, computers and a pool table. The price was very compatitible considering the location. We walked every day beside the river seeing Londons most popular attractions. The breakfast was included! We were served cereals, müsli, toast, tee and coffee, a great way to start a day! The Atmosphere was peaceful

There was almost always a free shower and toilet. The 15-bed room I stayed in had a wall in between, so that it didn't feel like it was TOO packed. Cool people staying there! (some played guitar in the kitchen in the evening) The location is ok, but not too close to the London Eye - check the map beforehand if this is a criterion for you.:)

The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and very helpful, overall a very clean, friendly and safe place to stay.

The hostel is clean & have everything for the basic needs. It was affordable and cozy for backpackers and travellers who wanted the best for less. This hostel is more than I expected.

Great location (5 min walk from the subway), the beds are cleans and comfy, the common room was good too. Quiet hostl.

Great kitchen space, nice big common room. Comfortable, clean beds and room. The staff were amiable. It was cheap too, although make sure you book online in advance!

Everyone staying in a hostel in a London needs to be aware that the standards are much lower than anywhere else and thus to have more modest expectations. In my twelve-bed dorm on the second floor at least, the triple bunks were much nicer than others that I have slept in in London. The sheets were white and clean, the beds were not too close (one along each wall) and with the window open the room was a comfortable temperature. The common room is not as sociable as that in hostels elsewhere, but it was quite large and better than others I have seen in London. The location is good for London: you can walk to the centre if you are not lazy. Although it could be larger and newer, the shower actually had good strength and temperature.

Excellent staff and an all round great feel to the hostel. The staff were absolutely incredible, telling us what to do in the area, and were great to have a laugh with. Whilst breakfast was simple, it had everything you needed - a range of cereals and toast. At a great price, I would definitely go back again! P.S. Do the pub crawls they suggest, they were fantastic to say the least!
