Hostel
D Acres Hostel is a fantastic location to experience farm fresh food & the forest of the White Mountains. We have farm animals, nature trails& abundance of recreational opportunities. The location is restful & generally quiet.
We have a beer & wine license.
Please be advised The Dorm room ( Yoga Room ) is a floor space BYO Bedding or can rented cheaply.
Extensive trail networks for skiing, mountain biking, snowshoe & hiking. There is swimming onsite & in the area many nice lakes and rivers.
Social and fun
Our hostel has a beer & wine license. We have a variety of community events & workshops throughout the year. There are typically 5-10 onsite residents during the summer who are available to provide information about the area.
In 2019 we will offer authentic farm to table breakfast every Sunday from
7:30-11am. Menu is D Acres pork, greens, eggs, potatoes,local squash & pancakes will still be delicious and nutritious. We are charging a flat fee per plate of $12. Coffee & Herbal tea are free.

We are rural, country setting. There is an abundance of forest, streams & mountains. Lots of farm animals & native creatures.
Located within 10 miles of the Rumney Crag.
No other houses are visible & there is a firepit where you can enjoy the stars.
Plummer's Ledge Natural Area &Mary; Baker Eddy Historic House are 4 miles away.

In winter we offer rental snowshoeing equipment and groomed trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. When the snow is gone, outdoor enthusiasts enjoy hiking and guided garden and forest walks, while mountain bikers can enjoy free run of the forest trail system. D Acres is the perfect place to stay for rock climbers
