Because we are a new and young alternative, where you can pay as a hostel for private rooms.
Our services includes free wifi, kitchened and terrace. Barranco is a tjristic and bohemian district, also with a lot of history with their old houses and quite streets.
The most important artists and politic lived and live here.
Social and fun
The terrace is on the fifth floor and has a beautiful view.

We are located two blocms from the Metropolitano Station bus and next to Sargento Pimienta Rock bar.
The double and triple rooms with private bathroom are located in the third floor. The 4 single rooms with shared bathroom are located in the fourth floor and have two shared bathrooms.
Also, we do not have a lift.

Spacious room, clean, friendly people, great location, good price. Thankful.
Its clean!!!!! The place is clean - room, beds, common areas. I loved it. They have full kitchen, but also near restos. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed my stay.
