W hostelu czujemy się dobrze, bezpiecznie, obsługa też jest. Wystrój jest ładny i przyjemny, z typowymi dla tego kraju azulejos. Część dla kobiet to całe piętro, z wydzielonymi toaletami i łazienkami, do których dostęp jest bezpieczny, co uspokaja. Śniadanie jest bardzo dobre, z kilkoma możliwościami w zależności od osoby (choć niezbyt słone). Bezpieczne szafki w pokoju są w formie szuflad, duże, wystarczy kłódka. Pokój wspólny jest przyjemny i obejmuje bar, w którym można wypić drinka. Jedynym szczegółem jest to, że nie ma usług pralni i może być trochę daleko od niektórych środków transportu (20 minut spacerem od Cais de Sodre, gdzie znajduje się stacja metra, autobus itp.), ale ma to tę zaletę, że ulica jest cicha noc.
